On basis of these Terms of Reference IDH aims to select a party as Executive Secretariat and conduct the implementation of the Magdalena, Cesar, and Huila PPI Post Compacts.
The overall objective of this assignment is to operationalize the PPI Compacts signed in each department through the Executive Secretariat to implement the governance scheme develop the action plans for each of the PPI targets, as well provide periodic monitoring of the progress made for the successful delivery of outcomes.
