IDH aims to select a party to conduct the mid-term evaluation of the Initiative for Sustainable Landscapes (ISLA) Program.
The ISLA Program supports landscapes in seven countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. It brings together local governments, companies sourcing commodities from the landscape, local communities, and other stakeholders to facilitate the co-development and implementation of sustainable development plans to improve farmer livelihoods through sustainable commodity production while protecting natural resources and reducing deforestation. The program was launched in 2016 and has now entered its second funding period (2021-2025).
The objective of this evaluation is to assess the progress towards outcome level goals in the program, with a central focus on learning to facilitate reflection and input on program design.
We invite candidates to read the Terms of Reference and submit their proposals to Violaine Berger via firstname.lastname@example.org on or before 3 February 2023 (5:00 PM CET), with the subject line: “Tender ISLA Program Evaluation”.
Update: Responses to the questions received by 13 January 2023 are available on this link.
