Complaints Policy
The Complaints Policy addresses stakeholders’ complaints related to issues where IDH Farmfit Fund investments have failed to respect the Environmental and Social Management System.

Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct provides the ethical framework in which the IDH Farmfit Fund operates. It contains an overview of the values, commitments, responsibilities and integrity that the Fund stands for. The Fund’s Code of Conduct applies to all people involved with the activities of the Fund as its governing principles touches every decision the Fund takes.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy
The Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption describes in detail the acceptable limits for gifts and hospitality offers, the reporting process and escalation process. It provides the means for ensuring that the IDH Farmfit Fund lives up to a ‘zero tolerance’ principle when it comes to bribery, fraud and corruption.

Whistleblower Policy
The Whistleblower Policy describes the procedure for the employees of the Manager (IDH Investment Management B.V.) to internally and externally report (suspected) misconduct or irregularities within the Fund or the Manager or under the responsibility of the Fund or the Manager, the process that follows such a notification and the protection of the Whistleblower.

Conflict of Interest Policy
The purpose of the Conflict of Interest policy is to protect the integrity of the IDH Farmfit Fund’s decision-making process, to enable the Fund’s investors and other partners of the Fund to maintain confidence in the Fund’s integrity, and to protect the integrity and reputation of all Stakeholders.
