IDH has been supporting Mara Farming by implementing a Service Delivery Model, and analyzing the impact of including smallholders in their supply chain. IDH has also co-funded the Service Delivery Model project.
The project included the training of smallholders in good social, environmental and agricultural practices, and focused on direct and long-terms relations between exporter and farmers to increase quality and volumes.
