Marafarming project in Kenya

Started in August 2015, the project aims to improve the sustainability of the snow peas, sugar snaps and French beans production in the Mount Kenya region.

Almost 1200 smallholder farmers, organized in farmer groups, are involved in the projects. They are mentored and coached through specific capacity building program along the production cycle on technical and social aspects. The aim is to increase the yield,  quality and food safety.
