Race to the Top in Vietnam is the first pre-competitive, locally owned multi-stakeholder initiative, to promote and integrate sustainable manufacturing practices and better working conditions in the Vietnamese apparel and footwear sector.
Since its launch in 2015, key successes include:
- Increased worker voice and soft skills of workers
- Improved productivity and working conditions
- Engaged employees at all factory levels through training
