TEAM UP brings the whole tea value chain together to accelerate change across the tea sector

TEAM UP is an initiative by the Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP) and IDH, The Sustainable Trade Initiative. Since its inauguration in 2013, TEAM UP has quickly become a permanent and important fixture in the tea industry calendar, growing in both size and stature. It’s the one opportunity in the year when the whole value chain can reflect together on how the sector is doing, learn from success and failure, discuss the difficult issues, and inspire each other to increase our impact.

Insights into TEAM UP 2018

At TEAM UP, the annual conference on sustainability in the tea sector, with almost 200 tea experts present, participants have given a clear sign to work together towards a prosperous tea industry and creating an ambitious coalition of packers, producers, traders and governments. This evolved after hearing the insights into the state of sustainability of the tea sector and about the changes needed to build a sustainable tea industry. Click here for more insights.
