In 2016, the TEAM UP event was an opportunity to see how programmes within the tea sector are delivering against the SDGs, making a positive impact, and where more collaborative action is required. TEAM UP 2016 followed closely on the heels of the first ever TEAM UP event in India, therefore it was also an opportunity to discuss the outcomes from TEAM UP India and to explore the first draft of the India Roadmap for a sustainable tea sector.
