  1. Use tissue paper whenever sneezing or coughing and dispose of it properly. Cover your mouth and nose when coughing/sneezing and using the crook of your arm, or inner elbow and handkerchiefs. After using tissue paper to sneeze, cough or blow your nose, wrap it with another piece of clean tissue paper and throw them away in a dustbin.
  2. Wash hands with soap regularly and or use a disinfecting gel.
  3. Avoid handshaking and keep a distance of a minimum 1,5 meter from anyone else
  4. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
  5. Avoid close contact with people who are unwell
  6. No groups. Don’t walk on the street in groups of more than 3 people, unless you’re a family
