The Joint Framework for Action signed by the Minister of Water&Forests and the chocolate industry along with the World Cocoa Foundation portrays the perspective of the industry and the Côte d’Ivoire government in terms of principles, commitments and actions to be taken to preserve forests and combat deforestation in cocoa-producing areas.
A workshop was held on 16-17 January 2018 in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, to launch the activities and process for the operationalization of the Joint Framework for Action.
