Oladolem Nasir is the chairperson of the Psaltry Outgrowers’ Association, made up of 3,000 farmers who produce cassava for processing at Psaltry International.
I have been farming for 15 years, but before Psaltry, I had serious challenges, as did many farmers. When we began working with Psaltry, we learnt that farming is a business and should be approached like a business.
