A key part of the IDH Roadmap on Living Wages is to add trust and deliver solutions to companies that want to identify and close living wage gaps in their supply chains. Launching a robust training program for 1st, 2nd or 3rd party auditors is part of that Roadmap. It will enable auditors to verify living wage gaps and deliver a uniform report with their findings.
The training programs are held by the ImpactBuying Academy. And some first auditors already started their training.
