This document provides guidelines on mass balance principles and the rules that are applicable to the Sustainable Juice Covenant.
The guidelines have been developed to support members of the Juice Covenant in their understanding of mass balance principles, and to support engagements with suppliers in aligning with the Juice Covenant reporting requirements.
